Average Time in Status

D PK March 6, 2014

I'm trying to use the "Average Time in Status" and it's giving me this error : There were no matching issues found. Please make sure that you have selected a valid project or filter and that you have correctly configured the required custom fields.

Plus it doesn't let me choose between the listed status. Any solution for this?

Thanks.

Have you tried to use the selected JQL/filter in the Issue Navigator? Do you get any issues?
