Since that is a very broad request, probably going way beyond a Q&A in the online Community here, I can warmly recommend you to have a look if there is a local Community Group in your area. They come together regularly and do exactly what you ask for: share knowledge, get connected, exchange ideas and practices ...

You can search if there is a group nearby via https://ace.atlassian.com/ 

The online Community also has a Focus group for non profit and social impact, as well as one for education and government. You should be able to join those to browse articles and connect with people with shared backgrounds online.
