I am planning for a big room planning to do quarterly planning across 18 squads . The objective is to arrive at the committed epics for the quarter by the squads, based on the prioritisation of features set by the chief product owner. I have used mural to collaborate across team during the planning. However I am looking to leverage jira either a program board or portfolio to do the planning and come out with a overall view of committed epics at the end of the planning session. Since mural doesn't have integration with jira, the output of mural doesn't give the expected output of the overall plan. Is there any better way to do this using jira. Note I don't have jira align and only have enterprise jira server
Hi @suresh anantharaman ,
Adding to the answers above, Ativo Programs is a plugin made to facilitate a Big Room (Program Increment) planning in Jira.
Your teams can plan issues (epics, stories, bugs, spikes, ..), define cross-squad dependencies, tag epics (features) as being 'committed', raise risks & impediments, etc.
With kind regards,

Hi Suresh
there are some marketplace apps out there (also for server) that might be worth having a look to
There is also an article at the community available https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Agile-articles/How-to-Run-PI-Planning-in-Jira-Helping-make-SAFe-Easy/ba-p/1020659 that tackles that topic.
Hope that helps

Hi Suresh
Easy agile is a commercial app.
If you would have DC or Cloud in use you could check if Advanced Roadmaps (which is bundled) could cover some of your requirements / https://www.atlassian.com/agile/teams/advanced-roadmaps-teams

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/share-plan-and-export-data-1044784271.html explains how that can be achieved by sharing the plan
Let me know if that helps
Cheers
