BigGantt - Error message when clicking into Task Synchronization page

I am using BigGantt cloud. I wanted to edit the Task Synchronization page, but every time I click in, an error message appears with some error code. An example as in the 1st error box in the below picture:

I tried clearing cache and fixing Integrity Checker errors in the Technical Info a few times but still doesn't help... Can anybody please help?!

Hi @Eric today (29 April) we will release a hotfix release which will solve this problem once and for all.

The workaround is to open the Jira app manager and click “update” on the app, then uninstall and finally install the app.
