BigPicture 500 error on install

Installed BigPicture on Jira Server 8.7.1

Server is running on a CentOS 7.4 host.

All attempts to use the plugin result in a 500 error with the following:

Hi Brenden,

Without the full logs it is not really possible to say what the cause of the problem is. It might be something simple like timeout during startup or more complicated that will come up in the logs.

That is why it is best if you review this article and contact our support via support@softwareplant.com or our portal and the support team will investigate your case in detail.

I can see  that you have already contacted our support and your problem is solved but I hope the information helps others as well.
