BigPicture basic tasks

We have crafted a BigPicture board using some basic tasks and have a couple of questions:

1.  Is it possible to duplicate basic tasks that are already in there using the same timescales? 
2. Is it possible convert some of the basic tasks into Jira tasks, if they have already been created in the Jira system?

At the moment, both operations are unavailable. Though we fully understand your request's necessity, new functionalities are already on our list.
