BulkOps does not support bulk add customers functionality

Hi,

I read an article at https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-allocate-the-jira-service-management-customer-role-in-bulk-1271693459.html which mentioned that the free version of the app should allow bulk addition of Jira users to the Jira Service Management customer group. However, when I tried to set up the app, it didn't let me use the option and instead indicated that this functionality is only available in the paid version.

Has anyone else tried using this app? If so, how did you add Jira licensed users in bulk to the Jira Service Management Customer role??
