Hey All,
It is my companies policy that we use employee ids as the account username. This creates a problem because when you export or look at a user picker, it refers to the employee id instead of the users first and last name. Does anybody know if its possible to configure jira to read the first and last name for this vs the username?
Dear @Scott Federman ,
good news! There is a suggestion already "In Progress" that was created in 2012. It's covering exactly your requirement.
Hold on!
So long
Thomas
