The Jira login details from my employer is an company email/domain tied to Gmail/Google service, but it actually doesn't have a mailbox (it's for login purposes only). Is there a way to receive email notifications in my actual personal email? Is there any way to get notifications other than using smartphones?
Hi @Anderson Guering ,
I believe that our app Notification Assistant for Jira can assist you in this scenario.
It allows you to build fully customizable notification rules and set the recipient as any email address you need. (Including external)

Hello. I can't find this automation option anywhere in settings, projects or issues (I'm pretty new with the software). Is this one of those apps I've to connect? Maybe only admin can change this? (the account is managed by IT)
