Can not enable Jira capture

Hi,

I am having problems to enable Jira Capture. On my Jira OnDemand account, I am always getting the following message "This add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled."

Can you help?

Thank you for your help. We have submitted a support request and they will be restarting Jira in order to solve the issue.
