Cannot change Payment method .....

Hi, community.

I’m using Jira and Confluence, and I would like to change the credit card registered as the payment method.

I have permissions of "ORG ADMIN" and "SITE ADMIN".

However, no matter how much I look through the Billing page or Admin settings, I can’t even find the existing credit card information.

Where should I go to change the payment method for Atlassian subscriptions?

I changed my payment method with email support. 

Still cannot find the feature or button that I was not a billing admin and who was the billing admin even I was an ORG-Admin and SITE-Admin.

It was very bad experience of 5 days...

Hi Jaewon,

Go to Settings > Billing

Then click on Billing in the top nav menu. 

If you are on the Manage Subscriptions page, click on Add billing details

There you should be able to add/change your payment method.

There's no Manage Subscriptions menu option on the left side? Are you the Billing Contact?

Yes I am the billing contact. and there is no manage subscriptions menu like that.
