When users try to search by Basic search mode, Jira shows the following message:
"The Jira server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down."
But Advanced search with JQL does not shows this error
It happens if I try to fill any field by Basic search. It not allows to select any option defined at Basic search
same experience here, not using IIS, only from hosts outside the environment hosting the application
Same problem here with JIRA 8.13 and 9.4. Suddenly started occuring. Already investigating it with atlassian. What is interesting seems that not all users have it but all from our company..
