×Hi,
I have changed the name of my company and now want to change the base URL of JIRA OnDemand and Confluence instances to reflect the new company name.
I see the solution here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOUDKB/Changing+the+Cloud+instance+URL+address
But I don't want to spend time in performing these steps manually on my own.
Is it possible, that I request a new instance and then Atlassian support does all the migration.
I am ready to pay for the migration effort if it is chargeable.
Thanks
I don't know that they offer that as a service. If they do, then it'll be handled by a support request - I'd suggest raising a support request to ask them. Worst case, they'll just say no, but there's no harm in asking.
The other alternative is to get an expert/partner to do it for you. Loads of us have done this sort of migration (although most of us are more experienced at converting between Server and Cloud), and it's not hard. Have a look through https://www.atlassian.com/resources/experts if you want to go that route. (As I work for one of them, I'm not going to get into "who is best" or advertising. My lot are great, of course, but we might not be good for you because of location, type of work, etc)
Atlassian does not provide that service, but as Nic suggested, you can hire an expert to do that for you.

/me makes note that they don't, for next time. Thanks David!

Hi Abhiskhek,
Currently, it's not possible to do that so easily. Basically you'd need to create a new Cloud instance and migrate your data to it. I believe this page has more information that would help you: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOUDKB/Changing+the+Cloud+instance+URL+address

He's already read that! It's in his question! :-)
