Hi all
I really hope someone can help me here :-)
The issue I have, is that when some specific users changes status on an issue, it automatically re-assigns the issue to that specific user.
It's now a part of the workflow scheme, have already gone through that. No additional post functions has been added to make this happen.
I also only happens for a few users. Not for me. And I have admin rights and are a part of all groups.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
I do NOT want the assignee to change, if someone moves an issue from f.ex. 'ready for QA' to 'ready for release'. But for at least one of my collegaues, it happens for her. She is automatically assigned when she moves issues between specific status.
Thanks for you replys guys.
I still haven't figured out what the issue is. But, will look in the pugins to see if anything pop's up there. But I doubt it.
It's not specific to one project. We have many projects in the scrum board where one user now is set to assignee when changing status. The transitions has no posts added that changes the assignee, so issue is not there either.
Default assignee for the different projects are not the person who is now set to assignee when changing status.
The odd this is, that it's one specific user. When I change status, the assignee is not changed. When she does, it's assigned to her.
Hi @Jens_Krøyer - If this is specific to only one project, go to project settings -> workflows and check that specific issue type what workflow is using. Look again into the transition between Ready for QA and Ready for Release because there is where the magic is happens.
Also check if you have a default assignee set for the project and look for a post function that clears the assignee.

Hello,
Jira does not change status depending on the assignee by default. There must be a customization in your Jira. Look at the plugins, which you have.
