Component Watcher for OnDemand JIRA?

Is this add on not supported for on-demand instances of JIRA?  I can't find it in the marketplace, when I search for "Component Watcher" I get no results.

 Yes! it seems like it is not available for OnDemand Jira.

Then it's only for JIRA Server, unfortunately.
