When in Configure mode for a Board, accessing the Quick Filters tab, if I have many filters set up, I cannot scroll the window down to see them all. I cannot get to the bottom of the screen.
In the image attached, note the lack of scroll bars. (JIRA 8.0)
I do not recall this issue prior to the 8.0 upgrade. I also notice this on some at least one other screen (Configure Board>Columns)
To back up your recollection of this not occurring prior to version 8, I confirm that I DO have scrollbars in v7.12.1.

Can confirm - have 8.1.0 and boards that have loads of quick filters can't scroll them in board conf screen. Only workaround currently is to zoom out the browser to make the edits. Is there a bug open for this? Couldn't find it.

Hi Alan, we had the same problem and the root cause of this problem was the X-Ray Test Management Plugin that we are using. When disabling this plugin everything worked fine again. I have opened up a support ticket with the X-Ray vendor and they confirmed this was a bug and will be fixed in version 3.3.7
So it can be the case that some of the plugins that you are using cause this problem, so I would suggest disabling them and enabling them one-by-one to see which plugin (if any) could cause this problem...

@Alan Sigus you're welcome :-) If you want to follow up, please find the link to the support ticket https://jira.xpand-it.com/browse/XRAY-3834

I don't have any of the mentioned apps installed but managed to fix it by adding this in the Announcement Banner:
<style>
body {
overflow: auto !important;
}
</style>
Hope this helps others.
Best,
Maarten

I can confirm that removing an add-on (in this case TestRail) resolved my issue. Interesting that it is not XRay as others reported, but a different QA integration add on.
So if you have this issue, look at your add-ons, see if there are any you can disable or uninstall. And if you do have XRay, it sounds like you should throw your support behind the open ticket that Bart provided the link for.

I encounter the same behaviour in Jira 8.0.2: no scrollbars when you go to the configuration page of the Boards
