Copy all subtasks' summary to a custom field in parent

I would like to copy all the subtasks' summary to a custom field in the parent issue.

In JIRA Cloud, Lookup works so I could setup an automation and lookup + subtask and use list + smartvalues to generate this. Lookup is not available in Jira Server, I was hoping if someone has a workaround.

E.g Subtask Summaries: Subtask-1 Summary, Subtask-2 Summary , Subtask-3 Summary

      Combined Summaries (Custom field in parent issue): Subtask-1 Summary, Subtask-2 Summary, Subtask-3 Summary

Can you help me how could I create this automation in jira cloud?
For example, I would like to copy the sub-task's summary and key.url to a custom field in the parent issue

I've been looking over how this might be done, and I'm really not seeing an option for this. The Cloud has a lot of capabilities that server doesn't, which sometimes makes working with the two different versions of automation difficult.
