Copy service license data to cloud

Hi Support Team,

I have few server licenses and few cloud license. I would like to merge licees and data from service licenses to cloud license. Can you please let me know how can I do copy data from server license to cloud license.

Hello,

Do you mean that you have a few Jira Cloud instances and a few Jira Server instances and you want to merge all data into a single Jira Cloud instance?

If so then you need to take backups of all Jira Cloud instances, put them to Jira Server instances. Then merge all Jira Server instances into one Jira Server instance using either Project Configurator or Configuration Manager. Then you can restore a backup of this merged Jira server instance to Cloud.

You do not.

Cloud does not have licences, you are buying a service.  If you have some server licences you bought in error before moving to Cloud, you can get a refund of them, but there is no "transfer"
