Can I Create a new Issue Type 'Task' with 'Add Tests' button in it as Jira Admin?

Does Jira allowing creating new issue Type , for example lets call it Test Task and then configure this Task to have 'Add Tests' button in it?

If I understand your query, you want to add "Add Tests" in dropdown, right. That's not possible. On the other hand you can create "Add Tests" as a sub-task issue types.

Creating a new "Task" issue type is not possible, as "Task" is the core,
built-in issue types that cannot be modified

However, there are alternatives to achieve the use case, with the existing "Task" issue type

Use sub-tasks for tests
alternative issue types like - Bug
