Customize the "Create issue from" Slack

Hello, This is probably a common issue but i couldn't find a proper answer that would help me. 

I wish to customize the create issue screen while creating an issue from Slack. This should be working for two projects - Regular Software project and a Discovery project (JPD).

For the software project, i was trying to add a new screen that is set for create action, and choose there only the fields i want to see, but for some reason i keep seeing many other fields.

For the Discovery project, there is no option to customize screens so im not sure how could i do that? Is there a solution coming up or should i look for an app that will help out with this?

Hi,

I don't know if you are looking for this but the forms that are shown to the user are easily changeable when you use Actioner's Jira Software app.

Here is a video showing that when you remove a field from the configuration for a specific project and a specific issue type, it is gone from the Slack `create an issue form` also.

The good thing is it can be done in a few minutes by changing the app to your custom needs.
