Delete comment function

Hi,

 

is it possible to provide a button for every comment and when clicked, the text of the comment will be stroke through and grayed out?

JIRA doesn't have that ability. You can search for 'comments' in the marketplace for a plug-in that allows something like this.

No one has permission to delete comments. How can i get this example above that i wrote? Should i change something in Permission Scheme or?

Have you checked the permission scheme to see if anyone has 'delete comments' permission. We don't allow that so I don't know how it is implemented.
