We have a kanban board for our team. tickets on the board are disappearing after a number of days ~30? I have searched the internet and can't find how to increase/eliminate retention period. I know its there, but it doesn't show up where it's supposed to.
You can change it under the general board settings
Click on ... on the right side of the board and configure board.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Currently, the issues will disappear in 2 weeks(14 days) when it gets marked as DONE from the core board.

Maybe you have a status for example Closed which is not mapped to your board and the tickets are automaticaly transitioned into the status?
