Display Static Text on Jira Dashboard

I created a Jira Dashboard that the entire company has access to. Is there a solution that will allow me to add text in a gadget so that I can display static text to the user to show news or alerts?

Similar to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214632/rich-text-gadget-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview but for Server.

If you use Confluence you may follow Add a Confluence gadget to your Jira application dashboard.

Hi @Joshua Kohn - On Jira Server there's a Text gadget.  It's disabled by default for security reasons because it supports HTML so you could enable it and use that if your instance is locked down appropriately.
