Does JIRA provide a report that show screen change?

viniciussilvaahgora August 3, 2015

My company needs a report about changes in transition screens in JIRA, it's necessary because we need to re certificate in iso 9001.

Is there any function that we can use to extract this information from JIRA?

You are better off migrating to a Server Install if you have to comply to security and ISO regulations.

There a few plugins that can help besides ISO.  If you do migrate you could utilise the JIRA Toolkit Plugin among others.

Though JIRA toolkit is available for JIRA Cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.toolkit/versions

It gives you an extra tab for transition info (Might already be installed but disabled)

All changes to issues are logged in the issue history (except edited comments)

ok. Do you know if changes in the layouts, fields descriptions or the composition in the screens is saved in some log too?
