What happens in JIRA if email id domain changes from Google to Ms 365?

Could you please provide a bit more information as to exactly what part of Jira you are concerned about being affected by this change?

Are you referring to mail handler?

Or, are you referring to the Atlassian Administration side of this behavior?

At present, our Executive Director has initiated a standard JIRA plan with 18 users, all of whom were added through Google. Our organization is currently using Google products, but we will likely transition to Microsoft by October 2024. This means we are migrating from Google to Microsoft. 

As the Digital Analyst, I have a few concerns regarding this transition: Will our JIRA setup be affected by the migration from Google to Microsoft? Are there any tasks I need to perform before the migration to ensure a smooth transition? Will the migration result in the creation of a new, separate organization for all users?
