How an an incoming email with several addressed in the TO and CC field be part of the JIRA ticket so comments/ responses from the agent can be sent to all of these addresses in the To and CC field? Also, can you setup the email integration to accept emails from several email addresses? We have 5 different email distribution addresses different customers use to contact my SOC team. We are looking to upgrade to the Premium plan to leverage ITSM and Confluence. Thanks
Hello @Rohan Jainarain,
Thanks for reaching out on the community!
To start, I highly recommend viewing our documentation on Jira Clouds mail handler for Jira Software and Business projects, and how to create issues and comments from email.
To answer your questions, each Jira site comes with a single Default Cloud Mail Server email address where end users can send in emails to process into emails, or you have the option to add your own incoming mail servers using Microsoft OAuth, etc.
You can create multiple incoming mail servers in your site to serve each incoming mail handler at a different destination mailbox.
