Hi,
I'm sure this has been asked before, but it's hard to find on the community.
I want all project notifications (even if from different issue types - stories, tasks, comments) to be sent to me once a day in a summarized list / email digest.
I don't see that option available for different jira issues in my project.
I want to do this on jira and confluence.
Does someone know how to do?
Hello, @Don Hsiao . Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Maybe filter subscriptions would work for your. Subscribing to a filter sends you periodic notifications for all issues matching the search criteria. You can create a subscription of any frequency for yourself and/or other users. Note, only the first 200 results of a filter are sent.
Firstly, you have to create a filter with a search criteria (getting all the issues types and projects you would like to receive notification from), and save it. Once the filter is created, you click on "filter details" > "add subscription". Here is screenshot of the settings you can have in your subscription:
And here is an Atlassian document showing you how o create a filter and add subscriptions. [link]
I hope it helps :)
Hi @Don Hsiao , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
Please also check the Notification settings in your profile here in Jira
And then check your Personal settings in Confluence to make sure you have switched on the notifications you want to receive.
Hope this helps you.
Cheers
