Hello,
we've encountered an issue where users are no longer receiving email notifications from our team managed Jira Software projects.
This includes notifications for actions such as issue creation, assignments, and comments. According to our mail appliance logs, the last email from Jira was successfully sent on May 15. Since then, no emails have been dispatched from any of our team-managed projects.
We've verified that the notification schemes are correctly configured, and no recent changes have been made to them. Users' personal notification settings are enabled appropriately.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, or can provide guidance on potential troubleshooting steps?
Hi @Patrik Klein , based on what you have shared I definitely would open a support ticket.
are you receiving for CMP? This is happening for all TMP projects?
youre probably right, ill open a ticket. Our cmp projects are very customized and mostly use a few automations for e-mails, mails from automation work

You mention a team-managed project. Are you aware that notification schemes work only with company-managed projects? For TMP, there is a different procedure and perhaps a project manager has changed some configuration directly in the project settings?

Thats what i thought but i wasnt 100% sure about it, so i just checked both, notifications inside the project and global notification settings and schemes.

If that just happened overnight, another reason could be some change in the email server settings. Or it could be independent from Jira - perhaps your email provider has changed security standards and requires another authentication standard or a DNS record of the SPF or DKIM type to authenticate your domain name?
