Epic Name [deprecated, this field is no longer being used] error in OnDemand JIRA

Unable to create Epic within JIRA OnDemand so I can try out Product Requirements in Confluence. 

Fill out the form and get:

Epic Name [deprecated, this field is no longer being used]

Attempted to add the new Epic Name to all the screens using JIRA Admin and also eliminated Epic Name from screens with no success.

Looks like your agile is upgraded and a new Epic Name field is generated. Check the field configuration whether Epic Name[deprecated, this field is no longer being used] was made required. If it was made required, change it to optional and also remove the deprecated field from all the screens. Now add the new Epic Name field to all the required screens.
