Hi All,
I am trying to validate fields independent of the workflow, e.g. Participant can not contain John Smith if uid2 is NULL.
I am aware that I can add this logic to transitions, and am also aware that I could overwrite changes using automation. Instead, I am hoping to make this standard at the project level.
The end goal is to avoid sending notifications unless required information exists.
To make sure I understand what you are trying to do, you want to manage fields but you want it done on a specific project, not within a workflow. Is that right?
Michael
Hi @brad_both
I'm unable to find any way to do what you are attempting to do. It does not seem possible.
Sorry!
Michael

Thank you so much for looking into this. I've come to the same conclusion but will leave this issue open just in case someone else has an idea for a workaround.
Thanks again, @Michael Simmons
