×I have several filters in jira cloud that I would like to make public -- I created/own the filters and am an admin in our Jira instance. From the filters, I've done to details and tried to update the share setting to include any logged in user. I save, and then asked a colleague to see if they could access the filters. When the couldn't I looked back and saw that the filter had reverted to private, and I don't see it showing up in the shared filters list.
What am I doing wrong?
Hi Robin, this is a new one on me I have never seen filters revert their share before. Is there any timeframe that has been observed with this and is it repeatable? As this is cloud I would recommend you reach out to Atlassian Support to see if they can log in and view the logs.
That was sort of my thought. I will reach out to Atlassian Support as you suggest - thank you!
