Force Log Work - Next gen service desk project

HI there, 

Is there a way to force users to log work in next gen cloud projects. We keep completing tickets without tracking the time worked and it is very frustrating.

I also don't know the way of forcing people to log time in Next-Gen. 

However, you might want to try automatic time tracking provided by Clockwork apps (free or paid) delivered by my team. 
This way time is tracked automatically based on issue status, assignee and number of working hours per day.

Hi @Emma O'Flynn

Jira has always been quite liberal regarding forcing people to fill out fields.

As far as I know, it's not possible.

Hopefully someone will correct me.
