Future Sprints - Disappearing from Backlog view but exist in database

I have created Sprints up until the end of the year (fortnightly)

They add successfully and I can re-order them but then they disappear from the Backlog view (it is only showing up to Sprint 30 - I had ordered them to show in number order) They exist in the data (as you can see they display in our report we are running from the Sprints) but do not show on the actual Backlog JIRA screen

I wonder if there is a maximum of Sprints that are displayed?

Current Active Sprint = 1

Pending Sprints = 14 but only 10 are displayed

I found the solution

If you have more than one Board....

If the Sprints are created on a different board - they only appear on another board once there are issue in them

We have 2 boards - one ordered by priority and one ordered by Epic

It appears the different Sprints were created in different boards

Deleting them from one board and re-creating them on the main board we use resolved the issue

Hey Tracy,

There isn't a limit to the number of sprints to be displayed in the Backlog view. In the occasion they never show up in the Backlog, try checking the board filter or quick filters.

Thanks - no the filter is basic. I'll check tomorrow to see if Sprint 31 suddenly pops up - as we are due to close the current Sprint

The board when you go to Configure and look at the query for the filter is

project = DEV ORDER BY Rank ASC
