Getting error while importing issues in JIRA for date type format

Hello Team,

 

When I tring to import issues in JIRA and mapped custom field of type date I geeting below error. Please help.

 

 

The validation process has found 2 warning/s

  • Unable to parse datetime: 23-03-2025 00:00 using the date format pattern: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a
  • Unable to parse datetime: 23-04-2025 00:00 AM using the date format pattern: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

What is the date format you are passing in your csv?

Can you share the screenshot of your csv fields mapping to jira fields before the import?

@Amruta Sunil Harale Try converting the date to the format 23/Mar/25 12:00 AM, replacing any dashes with slashes and changing month to it short month name like Mar or Apr.
