My organisation has had this feature working for the passed 11 months, it decided to break a few weeks ago.
I am trying to get the Zendesk Integration working again but it stuck at the step (screenshot below)
On the Zendesk side I have tried both versions of the plugin (new and legacy) neither of which seem to work.
I have the hosted version of JIRA so I should be on version 7 since this is Cloud/OnDemand or whatever the marketing people are calling this.
Anyone else know how to get around this? I've been waiting for 'finish authenitcation...' for about 20 minutes now.
