Github pull requests not working

Jeroen Klarenbeek April 26, 2022

Hi, we use the Jira + Github integration to show pull requests in Jira. This worked until a few weeks ago. We mention the Jira issue in the branch, in the name of the pull request and in the commits, but only the individual commits show up in Jira, not the pull requests.

We started the backfill again, because not all our repositories were synced (90 of 130). After it was finished, some (new) requests got linked, but now it doesn't work anymore.

On the Github side everything looks fine, Jira has access to all our repositories.

Is there something changed in the last weeks? And what can we do to fix it?

thanks,
Jeroen

After restarting the backfill a few times, everything seems to work again.
