Hi We are planning to move from HP ALM to Jira XRay for our Test Case and execution maintenance. 

Before that i need to project to management what are the pros and cons of Jira XRay compare to HP ALM.

If some one help me in this regard please.

Hi - We made the switch about two years ago now. From my perspective, the reduction in cost, visibility into the work, and having everything in one place (our dev team was already using Jira to track their work) were the main benefits of making the switch.
