It seems like currently, Version Report requires you to choose one of those at a time. Is there a way to use Version Report to see Version A for all three projects at once?
I also looking for same functionality. Is there any marketplace plugin to accomplish this ?

Not really, maybe make a feature request for this? JIRA would need some way to understand version equivalence across projects.
