I have been assigned the same roles as those who can in both projects, or even tried to assign myself every role, I still can't see function "Move", what should I do?

Hi @Kewalin limthai

To add to what John has mentioned - can you tell me what steps have you taken when you tried to move a ticket from one project to another?

Sometimes a workflow property can get in the way of certain operations like that.  So maybe check there's nothing weird going on there?

As for permissions - from memory - I think you need to have the Move Issues and Create Issues permissions, and also the Browse Issues permission to move an issue from one project to another.

All the best.
