How can i save the Jira& Jira confluence storage space?
If Jira Confluence convert to Archiving Content, Can save Confluence storage space?

Archived projects or spaces are not deleted from instance so all contents will be accessible by a restricted group of people.

as said, archiving a space does not remove content and attachments from the instance.
Archiving a space means that space is accessible just by few users and content will not be used anymore in the search.
Storage is not impacted so you don't save storage.
