How do I add 'Remaining hours' in the new issue view?

I can see that the issue view has been updated. Just went to my board, clicked an issue and new pop-up window appears.

The problem is, I used to be able to update my remaining hrs in this view, but now I can't?

Time estime only shows the estimate, not the remaining hrs :-(

Can anyone tell me how to add remaining hrs in the issue view????

Hi @Jens_Krøyer 

Sadly you can't, you'll need to go back to the "old view" to do that.

I think the theory is that you add the Time Estimate, which automatically updates the Remaining Estimate. Then, as you log time, the Remaining reduces. But, like you, I occasionally have the need to adjust the Remaining, so I revert to the old view for that.

Thanks for your quick reply. This makes me, and my entire development team very sad :-( I do not understand the reason for removing this feature in the issue view. Now, you need to do more clicks in order to update remaining hrs.

Really hope this is something that will be concidered to be added to the view.

@Warren I simply switched to the old version. And hope I'm not forced to use new ;-) Now, all is good.

I wonder if this is something they are going to fix in the future...our workflows prevent issues moving through workflows without a remaining estimate.

Good post/question. 

My team is going crazy with all the switch to old version (to change things that are missing) / to new version (to prepare ourselves to the change).

Automatically updating the Remaining time, as soon as we enter estimate time, is crucial for our estimation meetings.
