How do I enter or edit the Description for a plan in Portfolio 2.0?

I see instructions in the documentation for editing the Description for a plan in Portfolio Classic but not in Portfolio 2.0. The logical place would be in Portfolio > View all Plans, where the names and descriptions of all the plans are listed. But the Description field is not editable there. I don't see any where else where I can edit the Description. (Probably obvious. I'm just not seeing it.)

I'm asking how to change the description, not the name. Yes, I can change the name as you describe, but I don't see how to change the description. If you choose Portfolio > View All Plans from the menu, you'll see a Name column and a Description column. How do I change the Description?
