I have some users in JIRA doing user acceptance testing on my project. They are running through our development environment and logging issues based on what they find. I discovered today that a couple of them have created Agile Boards. I think they were trying to create filters, but they ended up with agile boards. They don't know what an agile board is, and they don't need one, and they certainly don't need to be creating them on our JIRA instance. How do I set permissions so that only project administrators can create boards?
Hi Justin, did you checked
I believe this workaround fits into your needs. In case not, please share your thoughts!

That link doesn't seem to work. If there is existing documentation on this subject, I would love to read it, though.
