×I bet that a ScriptRunner script could do a bulk move of worklogs. A matter of defining what needs to be done, coding, testing in staging, recoding, run in production at low load. Not trivial but not impossible
Phil, Just noticed your company tag.. As a FYI.. we use scriptrunner and appreciate the effort your team puts into the ScripRunner project. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner/server/overview
Any examples within scriptrunner that will delete worklog from issue A and then add the work log entry to issue B?

Looks like ICTIME also has the feature.

Phil, Sorry I didn't realize that it posted the question..
So here is the problem:
I have 1 month of work by 2 teams that the time was not segregated correctly based on new business rules. So now I need to fix the time.. As everyone can imagine. This is not easy to do.
Here is what I found so far:
The bad news is that I have not found a "JIRA" solution for this problem yet however there are some base solutions mentioned by using the Tempo Timesheets plugin .
Below is the Feature request for Jira.. Please vote for this if you too have ever had the similar problem to "fix".
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-15082
The good news for everyone is that Tempo Time Sheets seems to have some limited functionality.. but alas... not a bulk change..
The topic.

I will keep looking for the magic bullet as this problem is pretty ugly to undo. If anyone has a better solution please let me know.
Other items like everyone should have logged a subtask and time logged on a subtask is a easy retrospective solution .. however how many keystrokes do you place in front of users to log time should be something everyone considers as well

What issue are you facing in moving a work log? Perhaps you could provide more context to enable someone to assist you.
