How do I restore Greenhopper rapid boards after upgrade?

I just upgraded our JIRA installation to 5.1.4. I did a fresh install of JIRA and restored the tickets from backup. The problem is that all our Rapid Boards are missing from Greenhopper. I still have the old "jirahome" directory. Is there any way to restore the old Rapid Boards?

It appears that I need to restore the activeobjects.xml file to get all my boards back, but I am getting an error when attempting to import those. Will look into that separately.
