How do i integrate to a third party tool if I am on Gsuit

I am trying to integrate a product management tool into Jira (roadmunk), right now their tool asks me for a user name and password. I am on G-Suite and do not have a user name or password on Jira, how do I go about this. Thanks

Hi Julian,

G Suite and Atlassian Account are 2 different accounts and they do have different passwords. If you have Jira/Confluence Cloud connected with G Suite, you can try the following:

• Reset your Atlassian Account password (this is not for your G Suite password): https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword
• Make sure to use different password so that you know which one is which
• You will receive an email but don't click "Log in to my account". Click the link from this line instead "Alternatively, you can reset your password for your Atlassian account."
• You can now use this Atlassian Account password to login/integrate with the add-on (use your email address as the username).
