How to Skip Log-In Page for SSO (Data Center) and Emergency Circumstances

Hello everyone, 

I have 2 questions. 

First of all, I did not use any plug-in. It helps me.

In this documentation, everything is OK and SSO is running now. But I want to make it more useful.

For example, when you are Log Out and copy any issue link and paste it on the browser and enter, SSO is running and redirected automatically. It is really good but

when you log out again and enter the system dashboard page, it redirects u to log in page. Why is it not running in there as automatically? (like ....secure/Dashboard.jspa)

I expect it to redirect me to my dashboard page with SSO. 

Another question, I have now 2 Authentication methods to log in for example, I disabled product login form and just SSO is running. I tried. It works but In the future, certificate or another thing is down for SSO Side.(SSO is broken) How can I log in to Jira in this situation? In the production environment, it is really dangerous.

By the way, in the first question, 2 Authentication methods are enabled.
