How to access to our hosted tools through a custom domain name ?

I'd like to know if it's possible to access to On-Demand Jira, Confluence etc. with our domain name.

If we can't achieve this by managing DNS, maybe we can do the trick by including Atlassian URL in a iframe ?

Isn't it possible as a workaround to just forward your domain to the Ondemand domain? The URL will change but it will be good enough. Iframe is not a good idea, JIRA has issues with iframe.

The forwarding workaround is a good idea. In the meantime i'm suscribing to the issue.

As per the OnDemand Restricted Functions list, custom domains aren't currently supported, and no workaround is available for it.

A related feature request exists in Atlassian's Jira, though: AOD-5311. Watch it to stay up to date with the issue status, and vote for it to support the implementation of the functionality.
