How to add new buttons to plugin along with disable or uninstall in Jira plugin page ?

Hi!.

I would like to add new button like "configure" along with disable or uninstall in plugin page of Manage add-on page, is it possible ?. If possible, please suggest how to achieve it ?

for server you have to install module "Servlet", and you need to configure the postInstallUrl to use that servlet

because i'm looking for the same behavior, in cloud it's provided via a postInstallPage  module to atlassian connect but server or data center i can't seem to find any answers.
