How to change planned time to logged time in Tempo

Once a user has planned a week in Tempo, is there an easy way to move this to logged time once it is complete rather than having to go back in log time separately?

Am i right in saying that if a user enters 2h as a planned time, however was meant to add 1h, they aren't able to amend this?

No. The concept is plan and log because you can plan all you want but not follow it.
